Walk with God

A study found most churchgoing young people abandon their faith after college or university.
In Matthew 7 Jesus tells people involved in spiritual activities, “I never knew you.”

The answer to both is, in part, to learn to walk with Jesus in an “intimately interactive*” way (*Dallas Willard, Divine Conspiracy p.50) – within the routines of our daily lives. Sunday isn’t enough. Our futures depend on our knowing Him.

To help you discover how you too can walk with God within your days, I wrote a short 62 page, how-to guide based on my journey. It’s called,
A Tandem Walk with God.

In it, I address three thoughts God has to adjust in my thinking for me to consider it possible for me to walk with God as a personal friend. I’d recommend you start with this two hour read.

The kindle version costs less than a fancy coffee. You can download the free kindle app and be reading it in minutes.

I have listed a number of very helpful other resources regarding starting your own interactive, moment-by-moment walk with God. You can find the list here.

Share Their Hope

You would like to create a team of believers who reach out, minister, pray and share, and see people come to faith. We believe we can help.

Based on 1 Peter 3:15 God says that we should “always be prepared to give account for the hope that is in you with gentleness and respect.”

While personal testimonies focus on our stories, and too many evangelism methods are intent on challenging listeners, a Hope Account is different, biblical.

A Hope Account follows 1 Peter 3:15 where believers tells others where their hope is found. We are not challenging people, instead we are planting gospel seeds with gentleness and respect. Seeds God can grow in hearts with eternal impact.

The method is 90-seconds quick, easy-to-learn, and very well received so it’s basically a no-risk option for you to try with a group in your church (see bottom of home page).

The dedicated resources page reinforces our need for prayer before anything else and describes the sequence and resources you can use to make eternal differences in believers and their friends, family, and acquaintances.
You’ll find it here.
